Being aware of the role of quality education in shaping the bright futures of our present generation, Scholars, which is now a division of CSAR Learning Solutions Private Limited, was established in 2002, in Delhi to bring into fruition of vision of a well-trained India. Academics of Scholars is currently headed by Dr. Y. S. Parmar (Ph.D. in Physics from IIT Kanpur) having 25 plus years of teaching experience.
